From 1^st June 2007 it is a requirement that a Home Information Pack [“HIP”] must be prepared before you can put your property on the market. We can help you to prepare your HIP. By coming to us first the HIP will belong to you and you will allow you to be flexible with different estate agents in the future, if necessary.
